I am a writer, IT professional, and doctoral candidate based in Plattsmouth, Nebraska. My roots in storytelling and performance run deep; before working as a professional actor in Kansas City, Missouri, I was a four-time state speech champion and the 2004 NSAA Play Production State Contest "Outstanding Male Performer."

Today, I balance my work as a technology leader in the healthcare industry with rigorous academic research. As a DBA candidate, my research focuses on the strategic impact of emerging technologies on organizational performance. Whether I'm crafting a new dramatic script or mentoring the next generation of performers as a high school speech coach, my focus is always on the intersection of human connection and compelling narratives.

A 10-12 Minute Duet Script for Competition

Origin Undetermined is a high-stakes dramatic duet that blends science fiction with deeply human family dynamics. The story follows siblings Chloe, a brilliant theoretical physicist, and Ethan as they use a chronospatial displacement conduit to travel back to 2010.

Their mission: to discover the cause of the house fire that claimed their parents' lives. But as they navigate strict temporal constraints and their own strained relationship, they uncover a tragic, deeply personal truth that changes everything they thought they knew about their past.

This peice was first performed during the 2025-2026 high school speech season by members of the Plattsmouth High School Speech Team. The script is intended for educational and performance use in high school speech competitions. The script is protected by copyright. Performance rights are granted to students and educators, as long as at least one physical script is legally purchased.
